1. Shipping Within India
- Standard dispatch: 2–4 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 4–7 business days
- Made-to-order items: 7–12 business days

2. Exchange Policy (India Only)
Rosabelle offers a one-time exchange for eligible products. Refunds are not available.
Exchange Eligibility
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered.
- Original box and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange is allowed only for products of equal or higher value.
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Clearance / Final Sale items
- Products showing wear, stains, or damage
- Products returned without original packaging
3. Exchange Charges
Full-Price Products
- 1st exchange is Free (Free pickup + Free reshipping)
- 2nd exchange: ₹200 pickup + ₹200 reshipping
Sale Products
- Reverse pickup: ₹200 per pair
- Reshipping: ₹200 per pair
Clearance Products
- No exchange or return
4. Refund Policy
Rosabelle does not offer refunds on any order. Only exchange is available as per policy.
5. International Orders
We ship worldwide. Charges:

- No free shipping for international orders.
- No exchange/return for international orders.
- Customs duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
- All international orders are final sale.
6. Exchange Process (India)
- Submit an exchange request through My Account → Orders → Request Exchange (or email us).
- Provide Order ID, reason, and required size.
- Reverse pickup is arranged (if serviceable).
- Product undergoes QC at our warehouse.
- If approved, your exchange pair is shipped.
- If QC fails, customer pays return shipping to receive the item back.
If pickup is not available in your area: Customer must courier the product to our warehouse. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
7. QC (Quality Check) Guidelines
- Soles must be clean
- No creases or signs of wear
- No stains, dust, or smell
- Product must match invoice details
- Packaging must be complete

9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Prepaid orders are not refundable but may be cancelled before dispatch.
10. Legal Notes
- Rosabelle reserves the right to approve or reject exchanges based on QC.
- QC decision is final.
